(EN) Integrating many years of practice and systematic
knowledge in relationship and conflict management, Corporate
Diplomacy Heynen Associates developed specific mediation
processes, especially for "intractable" conflicts, which
must fulfill the following imperatives:
1 Causes of
conflict are not resolved from their direct immanence but from the
systemic principles and legitimate goals of the relationship
itself.
2 Conflicts usually describe asymmetries /
imbalances of power and interests in the culture and structure of
relationship and can therefore only be resolved transformatively by
overcoming the opposites, because:

development and transformation of the relationship to be healed by
focusing on its targets in order to fulfill its real purpose as best
as possible and mutually to guarantee the full exploitation of its constructive potential.

throughout the entire procedure, especially in the sense of time- and
cost-efficient dispute settlement / conflict resolution, e.g. by
guaranteeing the following "anchors":
- Historicity and course of the relationship, description and basic
value evaluation
- Identification and verification of
conflicting interests, perceptions and will
- Positions
of minimum / maximum concrete and direct target evaluation towards
- Correlation with the most probable transformation potential
- Prioritization and parameterization of basic goal
fulfillment and win-win- guarantee
- Clarification, verification, decision based on contractual change, adjustment, or termination
Mediation processes carried out by
Corporate Diplomacy Heynen Associates are based on the transparent
and consistent participation of the parties in order to ensure fast
and cost-conscious procedures. A preliminary analysis recommends
determining the feasibility and prospects of success of mediation.
The applied mediation strategies and processes can also be 'a
priori' conducted as part of preventive dispute resolution measures. In the phase of post-conflict processes special procedures of 'Conflict Governance' can be established.
